All law librarians
Learning Outcomes: 
1) Participants will be able to better understand the dynamics of effective negotiation.
2) Participants who are incumbents or applicants for new positions will be able to identify the key steps required for negotiating salary and compensation.

Law Librarians are often dissatisfied with their salary and compensation package. This program will help participants identify obstacles to effective negotiation of better compensation and provide tools and resources that can be used for successful outcomes.
